Privacy notice
Privacy notice
What data the availability form asks for, what it's used for, who processes it and how to exercise your rights over it.
Who is responsible
The party responsible for your personal data is Oscar Hernández, an individual based in Mexico City. This notice explains how he handles the data you send through the djoscarhernandez.com form, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
For anything related to your data, write to yo@osky.dj.
What we ask for
On the availability or quote request form:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number, if you want to share it (it's optional);
- message, with whatever you choose to tell us about your event.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, sexual orientation, financial data and the like). Please don't include any in your message.
What we use it for
The only purpose is to reply to your availability or quote request. That includes checking whether Oscar is free on your date, preparing a proposal and following up on that same conversation.
We don't use your data for marketing, newsletters, profiling or any other secondary purpose.
How we get it and where it's kept
We get it directly from you when you send the form. By sending it, you agree to its handling as described in this notice.
The message is delivered to Oscar's email inbox, yo@osky.dj, and kept there indefinitely, for his use only, unless you ask for it to be deleted (see "Your ARCO rights"). The site doesn't keep a separate copy in a database.
Who it's shared with
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. The only ones involved are the providers that make the service possible, acting as processors on Oscar's behalf and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and uses Turnstile to check that whoever sends the form is a person and not an automated program. To do this, it processes technical data about your connection and browser, such as your IP address.
- An email delivery provider, which delivers the form message to Oscar's inbox.
These providers may process data outside Mexico. Beyond them, data would only be disclosed if a competent authority requires it under the law.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, nor third-party tracking tools.
The only thing stored in your browser is your theme preference (dark or light), if you choose one, and it can't be used to identify you. Turnstile may use its own technical mechanisms, solely for abuse protection.
Your ARCO rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, rectify it if it's wrong, cancel it (ask for it to be deleted) or object to its use for a given purpose. Under Mexican law these are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise them, write to yo@osky.dj with the subject "Privacy" and include:
- your name and the email address you used on the form, so we can reply;
- which right you want to exercise and over which data;
- anything that helps locate your message, such as the approximate date you sent it.
If we need to confirm your identity, we'll ask you by email. You'll get a response within 20 business days at most.
Withdrawing consent or limiting use
You can withdraw the consent you gave when sending the form, or ask for the use of your data to be limited, at any time by writing to yo@osky.dj, just as for ARCO rights. If your data is still needed for something you asked for (for example, a date that's already confirmed), we'll tell you what withdrawing implies before acting on it.
If you believe your right to data protection was not respected, you can turn to the competent authority on the matter.
